“I like to focus on the details, because the details always matter to someone.”  Evaluating all the moving parts of your event, understanding the needs that require all those parts materialize for your event, and making sure all those elements are in place by the go-time for your event is part of my process to ensure you hit your mark.

My Story

With a career built on forming and fostering meaningful relationships, this precedent, professional, career driven leader brings his 20 years of exceptional sales and relationship development experiences spanning across multiple hospitality-driven industries, specializing in memorable large-event planning from concept through execution to the Hit Your Mark Productions Team.

Calling upon expertise gained from nearly a decade of launching high proof spirit brands with the “country’s largest distributor of wine and spirits”, Southern Wine and spirits and the “second largest beverage alcohol distributor” Republic National Distributing Company; and executing memorable events at “the Largest Performing Arts District outside of the Lincoln center in New York”, commonly known as Playhouse Square,  puts some of the greatest expertise in the business one-call away from any client’s event.

Having a robust knowledge of stagehand rules and the workings of the world of theater, provides an added skillset to navigate a client’s event cost when their event deals with the unique challenges that come with using union labor and/or teamsters to execute their vision, by minimizing wasted labor and maximizing productivity.

Regardless of the size of a client’s event, it is important to me that Hit Your Mark Productions is made available to everyone and every organization in a way that allows every event vision the opportunity to hit their mark.

My Story

I have had the opportunity to successfully execute events large and small.  From execution of NFL Super Bowls, MLB All Star games, MLB/NFL Play Off games, World Series games and events, high profile concerts and major professional sporting venue openings to  smaller, personal celebrations, proms and business meetings. I have a tenacity and motivated focus for executing spectacular experiences.

 

My background as a hospitality professional began over 20 years ago as an Human Resource Manager at Progressive Field.  There I was responsible for hiring, training, and staff scheduling for 81 plus games and events annually.  I was an integral part of the team behind the team that successfully served guests and fans.

 

I continued by career and took my skills to Cleveland Browns/First Energy Stadium where I put together not only the staffing plan during the Browns first season of operation at their new stadium, but I also executed the plan and hired and trained over 4000 team members during that first season when the team returned in 1999 while simultaneously serving as the HR Manager at Progressive Field. In 2012 I became the Operations Manager at First Energy and managed Concessions, Clubs, Supplies and Services as well as Vending and Catered events.

 

Focus on the Guest Experience has always been paramount in my roles and I have been honored to serve as GuestPath Coordinator (focused on events and training programs that include Key Elements of Service, Service Recovery and leadership focus), TEAM (Responsible Alcohol Service) Master Trainer and GreenPath Steward (recycling and energy conservation initiatives).

 

My role and goal as a key contributor is to always deliver more than expected.  Good is not the end game, with Hit Your Mark Productions the result will be great.
